FACTS Financial Aid Application

At Visitation BVM School, we are proud to support our families by providing meaningful financial assistance. Thanks to the generosity of our community and the success of programs like the Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC), we are thrilled to share that we were able to cover at least 50% of tuition costs for many of our families.

We utilize the FACTS Financial Aid Application to determine and award tuition assistance. To get started click here.

The Financial Aid Application process for the 2025-2026 school year is now open. Families are encouraged to submit their FACTS applications as early as possible. For support with your application or if you have any questions, please contact Jennifer Robinson at [email protected]

FACTS Financial Aid Application is required at time of registration.

Children's Scholarship Fund Philadelphia (CSFP)

CSFP offers K-8th grade scholarships, based on financial need, that help under-resourced Philadelphia families afford private schooling for up to three children.

All families must apply for a scholarship via CSFP’s random lottery. If you win the lottery, you will be asked to provide supplemental documents that confirm your income, address, and school enrollment. Click here to apply.

CSFP’s eligibility requirements are simple! Families must live in Philadelphia, have a child entering K-8th grade, and meet the income guidelines listed here.

Please note, all families are required to submit proof of at least $8,000 in annual cash income that is not SNAP and TANF. This requirement is in place to ensure that families are able to pay their portion of the school tuition and other fees.

Early Learning Resource Center (ELRC)

Our Provider# 2113450113-1

Get financial assistance for tuition (only for Pre-K 3 and Pre-K 4) and after school care assistance for other grades.

Early Learning Resource Centers (ELRCs) are the hub of child care information in your area. ELRCs provide you and your family with information on quality child care and personalized child care referrals to child care providers based on your specific needs or preferences.

How does the program work?

  • The ELRC will pay a part of your child care cost. This is called a subsidy payment.
  • You will pay a part of the cost. This is called the family co-pay.
  • The subsidy payment and the family co-pay go directly to the child care program.
